Hello all! Last week was a pretty big week around here. Wyatt had multiple doctor’s appointments, and some of them were not the best. But, we are doing our best to be positive, as hard as it is at times. And for those times that are hard, I do have a good community around to help out.
Anyway. I didn’t get any time to read last week, until yesterday. So I didn’t make it too far into my books! I will be reading the same books that I posted last week.

I am halfway through Wormwood Abbey though now and I am really enjoying it.
Posted Last Week:

Springtime in Paris: Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris
Friday Morning Coffee Catch Up
Watched Last Week:
Last week we watched a lot of Murdoch Mysteries, then when we caught up, we switched to Our Flag Means Death.
I also watched Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris as part of our Springtime in Paris movie event. I absolutely loved it. It was such a joy filled movie, which was something I really needed.
In My Blogging World:
Lisa at Boondock Ramblings and I are hosting another film watching event for springtime. It is six weeks, six movies, and very easy going! If you want to watch one or all or a few, we would love to have you join in. Just watch along and comment on our posts or post your own thoughts and link up!
If you are interested, this is the schedule of movies! Our second post will be up this week!

Also, in January and February, Lisa and I were hosting Crafternoons and they turned out to be so much fun that we are continuing them on through the year. People craft, color, sometimes just chat, and we just have a lot of fun. They are drop in style, so no time commitment, just if you have some time to just craft or hang out one scheduled afternoon, drop on in! We will have our schedule up for spring this week!
And that is it from me today! I hope that whatever you do today, that you do something that makes you smile!
I started Mrs. Harris, but I need to finish it. I skimmed all the reviews so I wouldn’t know what happened! Have a wonderful week, Erin!!

Thanks Liz. I had some good talks with another mother whose child had a procedure like Wyatt and I am feeling not great about it, but better.
Yes! I hope that you can as well!

Thank you Anne. I am very lucky in that way, to have such good friends and family.
I was wondering when lilacs started! I think it is too early here in the cold of Michigan but hopefully soon.

I’ll be crossing my fingers for Wyatt and your family. I read about watching Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris after reading Deb Nance’s post. I’m now wondering if I should read the book, or watch the movie first!

I really loved the movie so much! I didn’t know it was a book though before I watched! I am curious as well about the book.

Thank you. It makes the hard things a bit easier to know that people are there to help you through.
I hope to start Greenteeth today! I have just a few pages left in Wormwood Abbey. I tried to finish last night but my eyes kept closing. Lol.

I’m so sorry to hear that you have all had such a hard week, and particularly that some of the doctor’s appointments weren’t good news. I know you guys will get through it, and I admire your positive attitude and ability to look for bright things in the world around you! I always think that can made a huge difference for everyone.
I didn’t get much reading done last week either, we shall see about this week. I like the sound of crafternoons! Is that something you do in person with people you know, or is it an online type of situation? I’m curious as I love crafting but it’s very much a solo activity for me! Right now I’m working on crocheting animal and flower bookmarks for my kiddo, it’s quick and usually not too hard!
Here’s hoping this week will be an easier one with more bright spots that require less hard looking for them!

It is online, with other bloggers! If you ever want to join us, feel free! I will be posting the “drop in” link and dates soon. We usually all just have our projects and people come and go over the course of about two hours as their schedules allow. We try to have them at 1pm EST, since we have some women who are located in England and Germany as well as Texas who participate. We are all over the globe and time zones lol. That sounds like an awesome project! I usually either embroider or color, depending on what my energy is like that day lolol.
And thank you again!
