Hello all! I hope life is being kind to you right now. I am currently enjoying all the new growth my plants have had recently – and I think my violet might even pop out a flower! It never has before and I would love it! I just see this little shoot getting ready to unfurl, and I am hoping it is a flower. I have been using the water from our aquariums to water all my plants and I think it has been giving them some extra nutrients!

I loved both of these reads! Malamander was so cute and fun, and Gladwynn took me along for another unputdownable mystery! Book reviews will be up this week.
Reading This Week:
I am looking forward to reading both of these! Then next week, I am starting my annual reread of Watership Down!! I have been waiting for it to feel a bit more spring, and I think it is finally feeling less winter around here. And, I hope I didn’t just jinx Michigan!

A Severance Style Get To Know Me Post
Watching:
Billy and I finished up Season 2 of Severance! It was such a ride from start to finish. The whole show is so well conceptualized, well acted, and well written. It is also a bit weird. I love it!
I was afraid that we wouldn’t be able to follow it up, and have a bit of television hangover, but luckily we had episode one of Season 3 Beyond Paradise to watch! It was the perfect show for how I felt last night.

Lisa at Boondock Ramblings and I are hosting another film watching event for springtime. It is six weeks, six movies, and very easy going! If you want to watch one or all or a few, we would love to have you join in. Just watch along and comment on our posts or post your own thoughts and link up!

Also, in January and February, Lisa and I were hosting Crafternoons and they turned out to be so much fun that we are continuing them on through the year. People craft, color, sometimes just chat, and we just have a lot of fun. They are drop in style, so no time commitment, just if you have some time to just craft or hang out one scheduled afternoon, drop on in! We will have our schedule up for spring this week!
Whatever you do today, try to do something that makes you smile! I am going to watch Wyatt bowl this afternoon and that always brings a smile to my face!

I’m looking forward to getting season 2 of Severance. How many episodes are there? Does it leave room for a seaon 3 or is there an ending? No spoilers though!

I am also looking forward to season 2. We were able to get season 1 from the library. Like Tina, I’m wondering if they are planning another season.
I hope to join in for both the films (at least the ones I can find!) and the crafternoons this spring.

There are 10 episodes and they have already confirmed season 3 is in the works!
I did change it! I try to change it seasonally, but I do need a new spring photo of Wyatt, that one is a few years old. Lol.

I hope you get a flower from your violet! I’m really clueless on where season 3 of Severance will take us. I guess I’ll have to wait. Bowling sounds fun.

We need to get back to Severance, though I don’t think Mike really liked it. There are so many new seasons out of shows we watch. I hope I can join in on some of the crafternoons!

Me too! We sat down to watch Mrs. Harris last night though and sirens started going off. So we all trooped down to the basement, and it threw us all off. Lol. I hope you were safe during all that crazy weather that was hitting our state!

Crafternoons sounds glorious! Also, I have never read Watership Down and keep wanting to… good for spring, you say? Hopefully the weather holds! I think we have one more cold snap here, but all the rain and a lil warmer should be bringing some green 🙂

Crafternoons are so fun! We just sort of all work on our things, chat about books or whatever. It’s been nice to get to know the people behind the blogs!
I love Watership Down! It is my favorite book. I usually read it in the spring but it can be read anytime. I just usually see more rabbits here in the spring so I like seeing them while I am reading it. Lol.
I am hoping we start to get a bit more sun! It has been so gloomy and gray here!

I see you’ve been watching Severance. What a weird plot line. I could never figure out where the story would take up on each episode.

Severance is so good! Deb from Readerbuzz was able to get it from their library, I wonder if it is available at yours? I always forget to check the library for things like that!

I’ve been seeing Severance everywhere after seeing your post! I really need to try that show. Green Teeth and Wormwood Abbey both look really good. I’m looking forward to seeing your thoughts on them. Have a great week!
