Hey all!! We had a super busy week last week and I didn’t get any reading in. I saw this meme the other day and it is so true!

However, Black Friday I plan on not moving and reading as much as I can, which may just be an hour but that is ok!! I will take it!!
Reading This Week:
My book from Lisa. I carried it with me all week last week but never got to open it nor read a word. This week though, it’s happening!

Posted Last Week:

Wednesday Morning Coffee Catch Up
Comfy Cozy Cinema: Fisherman’s Friends
My Sort of Old-Fashioned, Vintage-ish Holiday Gift Guide for Kids
Saturday Morning Coffee Catch Up
Watching:
I watched my first Christmas movie of the season, a Hallmark Christmas movie called Hope at Christmas. It has begun….
We also have been watching Season 2 in the Wheel of Time series, the British version of Ghosts, and Murdoch Mysteries.
And that is it here from the mitten! What are you all up to?
I enjoy the Hallmark movies, and hope to dive into some. Have a great week.

Haha, I love that meme. I barely read anything during the summer, and then I read EVERYTHING during winter. I hope you have a great week.

Lol! I definitely read more at different times of the year. Fall/winter are tough for me with back to school and the holidays, but in January, it is on!

I need to find a Hallmark movie to watch. I’ll probably just watch the one you already suggested or said you are watching. I’ve done that a lot with carrying a book around and not reading it. Don’t worry if you need to set it aside for something else. I will NOT be offended. I’m so behind on reading!

Lol!! I really enjoyed Navigating Christmas. Like I could watch it again like a nerd. I started the book last night and I can tell already I am going to love it!!!

That meme is spot on! This was a reading week for me! I finished two books, I think, and started another one. Is there another season of the British Ghosts, or are you rewatching it? We watched the making the of the “new” Beatles song. It made me sad because I can still recall exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard John Lennon had been killed. We are also watching All the Light We Cannot See. I read the book so long ago that I don’t know how closely the series follows it. I’m trying to get myself prepared for this week…lots of baking and cooking to come!
Have a wonderful week, Erin!

Lol right?? I did read a bit of my book last night, yay! I know I am going to love it already.
So, we are watching British Ghosts on Plex. There are five seasons. I guess it is all coming to CBS soon?
And yes… me too. So much cleaning and cooking and baking!!! Enjoy your holiday Marsha!

Yup. I’ve watched the first Hallmark movie too and listening to some holiday music in the car. Over the weekend we made ornaments and a gingerbread house with the kids. It has begun.

There are just some weeks where reading just isn’t going to happen – but that usually makes the next time you’re able to get into a book even better. I finally read a book by Laurie Cass and really enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to catching up on the series. Have a happy Thanksgiving and hope you’re having a great week!

I am definitely planning to get in some good solid reading on Black Friday. It has been too long since I’ve spent a day with books.
Happy Thanksgiving! I’m just getting around to visiting my blog friends this week—apologies for being so late to the table.
